What areas do you serve?

We serve Denver, Boulder, and Larimer County, up to 100 miles from our Longmont kitchen (80501).

What is the minimum guest count?

Our minimum is 50 guests. For smaller intimate events, please contact us directly at hello@cedarbbq.com.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is fully modular — you build your own menu from our meats, starches, sides, salads, and beverages. Average events run $45–60 per person before delivery, service fee, and gratuity.

What's included in the service?

All bookings include a 3-hour setup window and 2 hours of active service. Additional service hours are $250/hour.

When is payment due?

A 30% deposit secures your date, due immediately upon booking. The remaining 70% balance is invoiced 14 days before your event.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We offer gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian options. Note any restrictions in your booking and our team will reach out.

Do you have a branded station?

Yes — our custom-branded cedar station is available as an add-on and blends beautifully with both wedding and corporate aesthetics.

What about cancellations?

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future date with 60+ days' notice. Full terms are presented at booking.
